The Montana Book Festival is the sole initiative of the Montana Literary Cooperative.
We exist to give Montanans the opportunity to express themselves: We will continue providing workshops, events, and readings that allow anyone with the desire to do so make a work of words and share it with others.
We exist to support the literary endeavors of Montana organizations: There are a variety of publications that have existed in this fine state for multiples of my lifetime, and we want to ensure that they do so for many of my lifetimes after, not to mention the many organizations that do outreach and education far better than we can ourselves.
